Is Digital Banking secure?

Yes. Each page of Digital Banking is protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. This prevents an unauthorized individual from simultaneously viewing the pages that you are viewing.


In 2022, we updated the login screen with additional security features, including enhanced biometric login. This does not change your login credentials. To log in, Digital Banking requires a username, password, and a security code. You can bypass the security code on frequently used devices.

What are External Transfers?

An External Transfer is a transfer of money between your Zingolden Bank Personal or Business checking, savings or money market* Account and an eligible External Account at another U.S. financial institution. External Transfers will also allow you to transfer funds from an External Account to an eligible Zingolden Bank mortgage, line of credit or other Personal or Business loan Account that you have with us.

How do I add an External Account?

To add an External Account: In Zingolden Bank Digital Banking, first, select Pay & Transfer on your home screen and then select Transfers to or from another bank; then select Add a New Account and enter the following information: account type, nickname (optional), routing number, and account number.

Is there a fee for this service?

No. We do not charge a fee to make an External Transfer. However, fees may apply if an External Transfer overdraws your Account. You should also check with the financial institution where you have your External Account to see what fees and charges it may charge you.

What are the transaction limits for External Transfers?

Your external transfer limits are based on the type of accounts you have, your account history and usage. You can view the transaction limits by selecting View Limits on the External Transfer screen and selecting the From and To accounts. These limits and qualification of those limits are subject to change from time to time without prior notice to you.

What is Bill Pay?

Bill Pay lets you pay bills on a one-time or recurring basis from your eligible Account.

What is an Internal Transfer?

An Internal Transfer is a transfer between eligible Zingolden Bank Accounts that you own or are authorized to act on.
